SlideDirectorStudio is a free and open source software package for creating slideshows of digital images. The freeware offers some unique possibilities. Other slideshow software either doesn't offer transition effects at all or requires to render a movie clip that has an awful low resolution (DVD quality) or requires huge CPU power to play back (HD WMV file). If you want to show your pictures on a high resolution display (e.g. HDTV) then SlideDirectorStudio definitively is the right choice!
