This is a small graphics program, which originally was a project I had to complete for a course called Image Computing. It has several useful core features, like foreground extraction, scissoring, and image mosaicing. It's written in Java so it can run on any OS as long as JRE 1.42_06 or higher is installed. The zip file also contains an Windows exe for starting the program and a unix shell script.
