Universal Viewer
Universal Viewer (ATViewer) is an advanced file viewer with wide range of formats supported. Implemented view modes and corresponding file formats are RTF, UTF-8, BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG, TGA and some more. Universal Viewer can also be used as a media player. The freeware supports all video codecs which comes with the Microsoft Media Player. Also for the first 15 days after installation you get accesss to additional functions of the full version as EXIF, copy, move and rename support.
