PixFire
PixFire is an easy to use windows tool to make image thumbnails and larger images from original pix. It includes a naming option depending on if the picture is in portrait or in landscape format. Just point PixFire to a folder containing the original pictures, adjust the settings and click "Fire!" - PixFire creates a sub folder with 2 result pictures for each original picture (thumbnail and large image) according to your size and nameing settings.
