Phierha is a nice and easy to use drawing and image editing freeware. The program supports unlimited layers, 10240*10240 pixels layout, effect plug-ins. Even Adobe Photoshop's plug-ins can be used with Phierha. Also this freeware can working with your TWAIN devices (eg. Scanner or Digital Camera and Digitizer).
