Osiva
Osiva was intended to replace the image viewer which comes with the Windows operating system. The freeware Osiva is is a slightly cryptic user interface. Osiva is a smart and reliable image viewer and compositing tool. Use it to organize and compare any digital photos or create a slide show, animate a JPEG list, or composite collage and dissolve effects. Images are treated as independent, tangible objects. Osiva can also display image transparency directly on the desktop screen.
