MicroPic
MicroPic is a very small software for image resize and can be used without installation. It supports bmp or jpeg files (read) and saves them as optimized jpg files. The freeware can convert multiple sizes at once and allows to customize the compression ratio of the result jpg file. Thereby filenames can also renamed and forced to 4:3 aspect ratio with the auto crop option. As addition, rounded corners and copyright messages can be attached to the result file as well.
