Image Fiddler
The freeware Image Fiddler is the ideal utility for viewing larg images in a small adjustable program window. The image can be fixed to a special size or resized to a specific guideline. Normally an image will be displayed in original size within the program window and can be scrolled by moving the mouse around there. As addition, the freeware allows to copy images into the clipboard. Image Fiddler supports JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP and metafiles.
