XPicture is a simple picture browser for Windows 9X/2000. It looks like XP picture browser with a thumbnail viewer. The main program is only 100Kb, so it is faster than other viewer is. You can associate your pictures' type to XPicture that you can double click the picture to view it. You can open the XPicture and choose a folder to view.
